Foundation & Purpose

The International Group for Undergraduate Engineering Research (IGUER) is an international nonprofit organization established to support undergraduate students in conducting and developing engineering research.

IGUER provides a collaborative academic environment in which undergraduate researchers can develop research ideas, participate in interdisciplinary projects, and work toward the presentation and publication of their research.

Aim & Scope

IGUER aims to provide undergraduate engineering researchers with opportunities to develop independent research capabilities through academic collaboration, peer review, mentoring, and participation in research projects.

The organization encourages collaboration across universities, countries, and engineering disciplines while supporting undergraduate researchers in developing work that can contribute to the wider academic community.

IGUER supports undergraduate research across engineering and closely related interdisciplinary fields.
